I’m so excited to share this Arkansas farm senior session in Viola, AR with you today! Logan is a family friend and his mom has been eyeing my photography services ever since I started back in 2019! When his senior year finally arrived, I was so excited when they reached out again for me to take his senior portraits. This was also my first destination senior shoot! We both were celebrating milestones during this session! This is why I love senior sessions – I get to experience a special time for the senior and get to play a role in creating a memory piece.

Arkansas Farm Senior Session

Logan is a 2022 graduating senior from Highland School District in Hardy, Arkansas. He loves trap shooting, roping, and participating in saddle bronc riding. A true cowboy! When he graduates high school, he hopes to either become a welder or do ranch work. We spent his senior session at his home farm in Viola where he posed with his horse, dog, and truck. What more could a guy ask for in his senior photos!?

The weather for Logan’s senior session wasn’t what I had expected. When we had planned the session, it was supposed to be cool but sunny. That day, the forecast called for heavy, cloudy skies and pop-up rain showers. While we didn’t get true fall colors or blue skies, we did get some great moody photos with the overcast skies. Honestly, I think they fit perfectly! One of my favorite shots were the ones of him against the concrete structure. Would you believe me if I told you it was the retaining wall for their house? I just love it! The creativity senior sessions allow me to have is so rewarding.
