A Mammoth Spring State Park Engagement | Jillian + Drake

I am so excited to share about this Mammoth Spring State Park Engagement session with you today! When Jillian first reached out about her June Wedding at the Magnolia Plantation, I knew hands down that I wanted to be their photographer. I am also a June bride, and after finding out that Jillian and Drake met at college – the same college/town that my husband and I met at, I just knew it was a done deal. I was so excited to meet Jillian and Drake while they were on Christmas break. They both had tremendously busy schedules, and that was the only break that would work for them. When they picked Mammoth Spring State Park as the location for their engagement session, I just knew we would make some magic.

A Mammoth Spring State Park Engagement

We met for the first time on December 21st at Mammoth Spring State Park. The day was super sunny, breezy, and warm – unusual for a few days before Christmas. We were thankful for the weather though because we were able to create an amazing glow to the images of these two. I mean look at those in the tall grass! So cute!

I could tell that these two were smitten with each other right away, but I could also tell they were on the nervous side. Jillian was game for anything and Drake, well he didn’t talk too much. By the end of the session, I had them smiling ear to ear, and loving on one another in such a cute romantic, young in love kind of way. Jillian actually left me such a sweet and heartfelt review on my google page stating that I made them feel so comfortable and was able to pinpoint each of their personalities and incorporate it into their photoshoot.

Jillian and Drake, Thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of this journey and I cannot wait for your June wedding at the Magnolia Plantation. I just know we are going to have such a great time and I hope to meet your two sweet pups that day too!
