Maggie Condict | Downtown Columbia Senior Session | Columbia, MO Photographer
I’m so excited to share this Downtown Columbia senior session with you today! When Maggie reached out about senior photos, I just couldn’t wait to work with her! Y’all, I just LOVE and LIVE for senior sessions; there’s just something so special about them! I love how creative they allow me to be, and I love how each one is different – even if the same locations are used! When I get to meet a teen, learn their interests, and create beautiful images that capture their personality to a T, it makes me so happy!
Downtown Columbia Senior Session
Maggie is a 2022 senior graduating from Fr. Tolton Catholic High School in Columbia, MO. She’s involved in the school dance team, loves to be in nature and loves to sew! She even has her own little side business where she buys clothing from thrift stores and upscales it! How fun! For her senior session, we visited both downtown Columbia, MO and Grindstone Nature Area. Both places had some amazing opportunities to take photos and the weather was absolutely perfect – a little warm in the beginning, but definitely a great evening.
When we were downtown, we used a textured white wall and the concrete steps at a restaurant to create some great portraits. I just love how the gold flecks in her blouse pop with these locations! Her little white dress was so cute for the photos by the blue doors! I absolutely love how clean these photos look! After spending about 45 minutes downtown, we transitioned to Grindstone Nature Area! Here, we experimented with splashing water in her photos! Maggie was unsure at first, but look at how great they turned out! Her smile is so genuine and there is pure excitement! This is what I live for – creating natural, genuine reactions in photos that my seniors will love.
Maggie, thank you so much for asking me to photograph this special time of your life. Your senior year marks the end of one chapter and the beginning of a whole new one. It’s packed full of memories and I’m so glad you trusted me to capture this moment for you.
